How we treat our guests is our highest priority at Chase Suite Hotels and we believe this accountability for guest satisfaction extends well beyond your stay. The balanced holistic view of guest satisfaction is what we today simply call; Our Vision. Comprised of both charitable and environmental initiatives, our Vision evolves as we find greater ways to be better corporate citizens far beyond our premium accommodations.
Giving Back is Our Vision
We're ever aware of the environmental footprint made by our operations and constantly strive to reduce it. Our laundry policies are designed to reduce depletion of our planet's vital resources, not only keep water in our reservoirs, but prevent detergent chemicals from entering our soils. Our communications are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We strengthen our community and invest our food dollar close to home whenever possible, by patronizing local food growers and our suppliers, located within our communities practice the same level of concern for the environment as we do.
To us, every step toward a greener world is a significant one.
Our Community
Our aim is to contribute, respect and partner with our host communities. We contribute our time and every employee is encouraged and paid to volunteer with a cause of his or her choice. We donate our outgoing furniture and décor to local charities so it's not just guests enjoying our renovations. We provide financial assistance to worthwhile community projects. Chase Suite Hotel collects a $1 donation from every guest (opt-out available) which is matched by a dollar from us and staff help select which local efforts receive the monies. Guests can lend further support by buying a signature "luxury" bed for their home. For each bed set bought, Simmons, the manufacturer, will donate $200 to the Vision Fund.
Vision of Children
Our community involvement goes beyond working with local charities in fact, we've started our own-The Vision of Children Foundation. Chase Suite Hotels sponsors the Vision of Children, a Foundation whose goal is to improve the lives of visually-impaired youth and their families. The Foundation aims to give these children a chance at sight for life. The Vision of Children directs and sponsors research leading to both prevention and treatment and serves as a primary information source for affected families, the public and the medical community.
The Vision of Children Foundation needs your help to further its research, education, and family services, be it a tax-deductible donation, a corporate sponsorship or even your time. For the full facts, our efforts, and how you can lend your support, visit www.visionofchildren.org.
